Our vision with regards to delivering healthcare to the city is :
- To eventually offer all citizens of Clarence-Rockland a chance to have a family doctor in the community.
- To provide access to most ancillary and complementary health care services required for family practice, basic emergency services and specialized services to the community of Clarence-Rockland.
- To enable the citizens of Clarence-Rockland to benefit from all current and future health initiatives to improve health and well-being.
- To use information systems to track, monitor and manage the provision of health care in the community to ensure that Clarence-Rockland can boast of being one of the healthiest communities in the country.
- To encourage innovations allowing residents of Clarence-Rockland to participate to a greater degree in the management of their own health.
The mission of the CRFHT is to:
"Maintain and improve the health of the people of Clarence-Rockland by providing integrated healthcare services in both French and English, focusing on education and prevention, learning from experience and involving patients in their own care."
