The hours of operation for our phones are changing effective Monday, February 6, 2023
We introduced on-line appointment booking in October 2022, and as of last week over 2,000 appointments have been booked that way. Given the success of this approach we are going to close our phones from Monday to Thursday at 6 pm rather than 8 pm.
As a result, our agents are at your disposal to answer your calls:
Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm
Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and
Saturday from 8 am to 12:30 pm

Outside clinic hours, please call the clinic at 613-446-7677 and press option 1 to speak to a qualified nurse from Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS) who can contact one of our on-call physicians if warranted.
