Online Booking

Starting today, online booking is also available for Dr. Steve Pelletier and Dr. Sylvie Brulé.

We are pleased to announce that as of today, we are reintroducing online appointment booking!
Since it is a new platform and we are still in the experimental phase, only Dr. M.Vachet's patients will have access to it for the moment.
No registration is necessary.
To make an appointment, all you need to do is:

Note that appointment types will only be available for in-person visits as they require a doctor's assessment (e.g. annual checkup, skin condition, pediatric follow-up).
- You then will need to enter your name, health card number and date of birth to log in. Please make sure to select the appropriate appointment type and a brief description of your needs to help us better prepare for your visit. Note that the online availabilities are the same than those our telephone operators can offer you, with the exception of emergency appointments for which you must contact the clinic.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment with the option to add it to your personal calendar. You will also receive 2 reminders: a reminder 1 week and another reminder 48 hours before the date of the appointment, sometimes also accompanied by forms to be completed before the visit, depending on the needs.
