Fundraising for the Rockland and Bourget Food Bank

In these times of health crisis where the poorest are greatly affected, the Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team invites you to show solidarity and make a donation to the Rockland and Bourget Food Bank.

For each donation, the CRFHT will match your donation up to $10.000.
