Influenza & COVID Vaccination Clinics 2023
The Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team (CRFHT) will be offering flu shots and COVID vaccines to its patients only from November 6th to 24th 2023 at the clinic.
In order to control the number of people in the clinic and maintain physical distancing, you must book an appointment to receive your flu shot.
If you are not a patient of the clinic, you can obtain your flu shot or COVID vaccine at any of the local pharmacies. You may also consult the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s website for more information.
Booking an appointment:
As of today, you can book an appointment by calling the clinic at 613-446-7677 between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that you must have an appointment in order to receive your flu shot. If you present yourself at the clinic without an appointment, you will be turned away.
You can receive your COVID vaccine if your last dose was more than 6 months ago. If you had COVID, you must wait 6 months before getting the new COVID booster.
The day of your appointment:
Make sure to bring your health card with you. Please arrive only 5 minutes before your schedule appointment.
IMPORTANT: Please wear a short-sleeved shirt that you can lift up to your shoulder. The flu shot is administered in your arm muscle just under your shoulder.
