Dear patients, in order to improve your experience and the flow of your appointments, we are pleased to announce that we are currently installing new technology in our facility.
This innovation will not only enable us to have more doctors working in person, but should also reduce wait times.
When you arrive at the clinic you just need to check in at the kiosks beside the front door. It will no longer be necessary to speak with the receptionist, except to pick up documents, pay bills or for any other inquiries.
A television in the waiting room will display patient names as well as estimated wait times. For reasons of confidentiality, the display will be limited to first name and the first letter of your last name. As soon as your name and room number are announced, you can go directly to the corresponding examination room without having to go through reception.
This new technology is intended to make your visit more pleasant while ensuring more efficient management of resources for the direct benefit of patients. For example, we expect to be able to add more telephone operators to reduce the time you spend on hold.
