Recent spike in unacceptable behavior towards our staff
There has been a recent spike in unacceptable behavior towards our staff, particularly the telephonists.
Just like you our physicians, nurses and staff also take vacation which means there are fewer appointments available and delays in completing administrative tasks. Despite this, we are doing our very best to provide a normal level of services to you.
Once again we are asking for your patience, for your understanding and for your kindness toward our employees.
