OTN - Video visits

Since the pandemic started we have done many virtual visits by phone.  However, in certain situations (e.g. patient has a rash) it would be more useful if we could do a video call.

We now have the technology to do video calls, but it is somewhat complicated to set up so we are rolling it out slowly.

When we are ready to do a video call with you either your physician or a staff person will call you to set it up and test it.

When that happens you should refer to the two documents below.  The first is how to set up your cell phone and the second is a troubleshooting guide.  Please note that if you are using a computer, no set up is required.

  1. Setting up your phone and responding to a call
  2. Troubleshooting guide
