Flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics - November 2025

The Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team will be offering flu shots and COVID vaccines to its patients only from November 5th to 25th 2025 at the clinic. You must book an appointment online to receive your vaccination. If you have an appointment with your doctor in November or December, you can receive your vaccination(s) during your visit with the doctor. There is no need to make an additional appointment for the vaccination clinic.

If you are not a patient of the clinic, you can obtain your flu shot or COVID vaccine at any of the local pharmacies. You may also consult the Eastern Ontario Health Unit’s website for more information.

Booking an appointment:

Click on the following link https://linktr.ee/crfht or go to our website at www.crfht.ca and click on the “Book an appointment” tab. Choose the “In Person Appointments” type.

You then will need to enter your name as written on your health card, health card number (without the version code) and date of birth to log in. Once logged in, you will choose Flu and COVID vaccine clinic 1 or Flu and COVID vaccine clinic 2. Both options offer the same types of appointments at different times.

Choose the type of vaccine you would like to receive; either “COVID & Flu shot”, “COVID injection” or “Flu shot only”. Pick the appointment date and time that best works for you and click Book Appointment.
Each member of your family who wishes to be vaccinated will need an appointment. For example, if a family of 5 (2 parents and 3 children) wants to be vaccinated, each individual member of the family must book an appointment online.

You can receive your COVID vaccine if your last dose was more than 6 months ago. If you recently had COVID, you must wait 6 months before getting the new COVID booster.

The day of your appointment:

Make sure to bring your valid health card with you. Please arrive only 10 minutes before your schedule appointment.

IMPORTANT: Please wear a short-sleeved shirt that you can lift up to your shoulder. The flu shot and COVID vaccine are administered in your arm muscle just under your shoulder.
